Attention Horsemen:
At the October 2022 meeting the North Dakota Racing Commission authorized a fee increase for foals that are registered after their foaling year.
Effective immediately, if you have a yearling or older foal it may be registered in the ND Breeders Fund for $300.
The fee for registering a foal by December 31st of their birth year is now $30.
